Our technologies have been deployed by NASA, including applications on the Space Station and Mars Rover.\nJob Title: Assembler I (Multi-hire: 6 positions)\nFLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Temporary\nSalary: $17.26 - $25.63/hour\nReports to: Production Supervisor\nLocation: Onsite\nKULR Technology Location: Houston, TX\nTravel: No Travel\nPosition Overview:\nUnder moderate supervision the Assembler II will assemble products for distribution in accordance with workmanship standards and customer specifications.\nFunctions:\nOperates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures.\nUses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.\nPerform basic, standardized, and repetitive assembly operations by following detailed written or verbal instructions.\nMaintains a clean and organized work environment. This includes working in FOD Critical and clean room environments.\nOther job-related duties as assigned.\nSupervisory Responsibilities: N/A.\nREQUIREMENTS\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh school diploma in related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n1-3 years of experience in related field.\nScience, technology or math background preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.\nAbility to understand and adhere to all Safety Policies and Procedures.\nExperience with a wide variety of hand tools.\nDemonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, precision-crafted work.\nAbility to understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).\nDemonstrated ability to influence others, build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to accomplish business objectives.\nDemonstrated ability to assume personal accountability, address limitations, exhibits honesty and respect towards others, the company and oneself.\nDemonstrated ability to serve and actively contribute as an active team member on the immediate team and the larger organization.
