The Lakeside Restaurant & Lounge sits on the waterfront overlooking our beautiful 168-acre lake. We take pride in delivering delicious, consistent meals while delivering a memorable and quality customer service experience.\n\nOur work environment includes:\n* Flexible working hours\n* Lively atmosphere\n* Duties:\n- Provide excellent customer service to all guests\n- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently\n- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner\n- Assist with bussing and cleaning tables as needed\n- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area\n- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery\n- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions\n- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly\n- Uphold a positive and friendly attitude towards guests at all times\n\nRequirements:\n- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required\n- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions\n- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment\n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations\n- Ability to work well within a team\n- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required\n\n-Breakfast/Lunch or Dinner Hour Shifts Available\n\n-Must be 21 years of age or older\n\n-Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation\n\nWe offer competitive pay rates, employee meal discounts and flexible scheduling.
