Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customersProvide hands-on training sessions for scientists and lab managers on the TeselaGen platformAct as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving issues and answering questionsTranslate customer requirements into technical specifications for the engineering teamBuild custom workflows, integrations, and configurations using the TeselaGen API and platform toolsDocument best practices, FAQs, and training materials for the knowledge baseCollaborate with sales during pre-sales technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagementsGather and relay customer feedback to drive product improvementsWhat We're Looking ForBackground in molecular biology, bioinformatics, biochemistry, or a related life science field (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred)2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, technical support, or consulting)Hands-on experience with bioinformatics tools, lab information systems (LIMS), or electronic lab notebooks (ELN)Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiencesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneouslyNice to HaveExperience with synthetic biology workflows (cloning, strain engineering, DNA assembly)Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, or data integration toolsExperience with Benchling, SnapGene, Geneious, or similar biotech softwareKnowledge of lab automation platforms (Tecan, Hamilton, Opentrons)What We OfferCompetitive salary and equity participationFully remote with flexible hoursHealth insurance and wellness benefitsAnnual learning and conference budgetWork directly with scientists at leading biotech and pharma organizationsInterested in this role?We'd love to hear from you.
