Security Managers may be required to travel to multiple Services Sites as part of their duties.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nProviding direction and instruction to security staff by making daily rounds of assigned Location(s) and maintaining staff performance.\r\nExplaining post procedures under Post Orders.\r\nProviding Training to Supervising Guards under his/her supervision and ensuring that each Supervising Guard fully understands the duties and services to be provided.\r\nProviding technical and administrative advice to Supervising Guards as appropriate.\r\nEnsuring adequately assigned Posts are covered by applicable security guards.\r\nProviding direction and instructions to applicable security guards.\r\nMonitoring applicable security guard's performance.\r\nProviding technical and administrative support to applicable security guards.\r\nResponding to emergency and providing necessary support.\r\nTraining applicable security guards on the use of radios and Services Sites codes.\r\nWhen necessary, operating company owned motor vehicle to\r\nRequirements and Qualifications\r\nMust have at least two (2) years of full-time experience as a security supervisor, preferably in a healthcare environment, within the last three (3) years and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.\r\nMust be highly organized and available during off-hours, weekends, etc.\r\nIndividual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.\r\nIndividual must have experience managing Guard staff.\r\nMust possess a valid Driver's License.\r\nAbility to receive and disseminate information clearly is required.\r\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize is required.\r\nIndividual must be highly organized and responsive.\r\nCourteous, \"customer-service\" demeanor is required\r\nVeterans\r\nInter-Con is passionate about hiring veterans.
