PLI Systems specializes in the following services: Soil Stabilization, Landslide Repair, Shoring, Retaining Walls, Dock and Boat House Piles, Shotcrete, Cellular Concrete and Lightweight fills, Geotechnical explorations, Limited access work, Grouting, Micropiles, Underpinning, Seismic upgrades, Elevator shaft drilling, Drainage services and unique construction requests.
Responsibilities for Drafting Estimator
· Responsible for estimating costs for projects, communicating to customers to capture required scope of project and work needed; manage technical aspects of project.
· Responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met, budgets are followed, and quality is maintained.
· Independently motivated and willingness to work in a dynamic team environment.
· IT Experience – knowledge of various software for construction.
· Proficiency is MS Office applications.
· Experience CAD graphic and design – strong proficiency in CAD software tools, with the ability to create complex 2D and 3D; Sketchup.
Qualifications for Drafting Estimator
· Technical Skills - understanding of engineering and architectural principles, as well as knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and construction methods.
· Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving skills and accuracy in creating drawings.
· Ability to read blueprints and comprehend construction documents, and the ability to perform cost analysis and budgeting.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and convey technical information to both internal and external customers.
· Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Independently motivated and willingness to work in a dynamic team environment.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
· Interest in investing in a long term career path with company.
· Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
