Vice President Fleet Operations

Our client is a fast-growing finished vehicle logistics and automotive solutions company that has seen exceptional growth over the past several years. With strong momentum and expanding operations, they're investing in leadership to help scale the business to the next level. This is a high-impact Vice President of Operations role reporting directly to the COO. You'll take ownership of a multi-functional operation spanning logistics, fleet, and administrative services-bringing structure, accountability, and scalability to a business that's continuing to grow quickly. What You'll Do:Lead and align day-to-day operations across multiple business unitsBuild a KPI-driven culture focused on service, efficiency, and executionPartner closely with the executive team to turn growth strategy into operational resultsDevelop and coach a team of senior leaders across operations and support functionsIdentify and implement process improvements to drive scale and consistencyEnsure a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction across the organization What We're Looking For:Senior operations leadership experience within logistics, transportation, automotive, or a related environmentProven ability to scale and improve operations in a high-growth settingExperience leading leaders and building strong, accountable teamsA hands-on, data-driven operator who can balance strategy with executionNice to HaveFleet operations experienceDispatching / logistics coordination backgroundFamiliarity with automotive titling and registration processesDesired Skills and ExperienceFleet, Operations, Logistics, Leadership, Execution, Service, Titling, Registration, Customer Focus, Risk Management
