Your role will be crucial in supporting our production processes and maintaining the high quality of our packaging products.Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facilitiesDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely mannerPerform basic welding, fabrication, and machining tasks as neededMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performanceCollaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performanceAdhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environmentQualifications:1-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar roleStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsProficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematicsFamiliarity with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical school or vocational training preferredWorking Conditions:This position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician will be required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
