Pride Health is seeking a Regional Director of Operations -Sterile Processing to join the team at in Elmhurst, IL 60126. This is a 13-week Travel/Local contract (Temp to Hire) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Job SummaryThe Regional Director of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, overseeing key functions including Sterile Processing (SPD), Transportation, and Facilities. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization across the region.Key Responsibilities:Regional Leadership & StrategyOperations & Compliance OversightEnsure compliance with AAMI, CDC, CMS, DOT, OSHA, and accreditation standardsLeadership Development & Talent ManagementQuality, Throughput & Continuous ImprovementCross-Functional CollaborationMinimum Qualifications:10+ years of operational experience5+ years in multi-site leadership rolesProven leadership across Sterile Processing, Logistics, Facilities, or similar functionsStrong knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (AAMI, CDC, CMS, OSHA, DOT)Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive performance outcomesAdditional Information:Location: Elmhurst, IL 60126Shift: Days - Monday -Friday (5x8 shifts)Schedule: 40 hours per weekContract Length: 13 weeksLocal Pay range: $45-$50/hour*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.Travel Gross Pay: $2000 - $2200/Week*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.Interested?
