We are looking to expand our current team of stellar employees to provide quality tree and shrub services to residential, commercial, and utility properties in the area. Our great crews get to work outside on beautiful properties, year-round; we work hard, but we have fun doing it! The results we produce show our commitment to our jobs and our clients!\n\nWe pride ourselves on our top-notch safety practices and policies, as well as our accreditations by the Tree Care Industry Association, our many Certified Arborists on staff, our State-of-the-Art equipment, and our on-the-job training programs that can help interested individuals get on a great career path in the tree service industry. Our 25,000 square foot facility, is conveniently located just off of Routes 95 and 140 in Foxborough, MA.\n\nTree Tech, Inc. is looking to hire skilled and safety-conscious groundskeepers to join our team.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAssist tree climbers in the removal of trees and trimming of branches\nOperate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders\nPerform general maintenance of trees and shrubs, including pruning and fertilizing\nEnsure safety procedures are followed at all times\nCommunicate effectively with team members and clients\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nRequirements:\n\nExperience in tree care or related field (preferred)\nAbility to operate and maintain equipment (preferred)\nStrong commitment to safety\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds\nAbility to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time\nAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions\n\nBenefits:\n\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\n\nSchedule:\n\nMonday to Friday\nWeekends as needed\n\nExperience:\n\nTree care: 1 year (Preferred)\nTree trimming: 1 year (Preferred)\nChainsaw: 1 year (Required)\nGroundskeeping: 1 year (Required)\nUtility experience (Preferred)\n\nWe are looking forward to talking with you and about our amazing growth opportunities as well!\n\nIf you are open to learn and have a great attitude, we will train you for the other skills you will need!
