Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Manager / Web Developer with a primary focus on web design and development to enhance our brand awareness and online presence. This role is crucial for maintaining and evolving our core digital platforms, while also contributing to our marketing efforts through graphic design and occasional digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical web skills and a keen eye for design, helping us create engaging online experiences for our customers. Location Requirement: Must be able to reliably commute to our office in Somerset, TX. Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Design & Development (Primary Focus) Website Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our core company website (currently built with WordPress and Divi). This includes ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and visual appeal. Custom Development: Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement custom designs, integrate features, troubleshoot issues, and enhance website functionality, particularly within our WordPress/Divi environment and across other digital platforms. Platform Optimization: Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including our Shopify and Squarespace-hosted merch store, and our operator portal hosted on WordPress. New Development: Be open to exploring and implementing other website builders or technologies as needed to achieve business goals. Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness (Bonus) Google Business Listings: Take ownership of managing and optimizing our Google Business Listings to ensure accurate information and strong local search visibility. Graphic Design: Create compelling graphics for our websites, social media channels, email marketing, and other digital campaigns. Digital Campaign Support: Assist with occasional digital marketing campaigns, including concept development, asset creation, and implementation. Social Media Support: Provide support for social media marketing efforts, including content design and assisting on creating plans of action. Additional Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to align web development and marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and digital marketing. Qualifications Proven experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive and user-friendly websites. Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, WordPress, and Divi is essential. Experience with other website builders is a plus. Familiarity with Shopify and Squarespace platforms. Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design principles and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Experience managing and optimizing Google Business Listings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus Skills Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign execution. Knowledge of social media management and content strategy. Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and online marketplace management.
