The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in Electrical Construction who can effectively manage field personnel, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:\r\nSupervise daily field operations for commercial and/or industrial electrical construction projects.\r\nLead and coordinate Foremen, Journeyman Electricians, Apprentices, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.\r\nDevelop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with Project Managers and other stakeholders.\r\nReview project drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure work is completed according to plan.\r\nCoordinate material deliveries, equipment, and manpower to maintain productivity and project timelines.\r\nConduct daily jobsite planning meetings and communicate project expectations with field personnel.\r\nEnsure compliance with OSHA safety regulations, NEC requirements, and company safety policies.\r\nMonitor workmanship to ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction.\r\nIdentify and resolve field issues, scheduling conflicts, and unforeseen project challenges.\r\nCoordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure all required documentation is completed.\r\nMaintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, and project documentation.\r\nCollaborate with Project Managers regarding project progress, labor forecasts, scheduling, and budget considerations.\r\nBuild positive working relationships with clients, general contractors, inspectors, and project teams.\r\nQualifications:5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Foreman managing commercial and/or industrial electrical construction projects.\r\nExperience leading commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, data center, or institutional electrical projects.\r\nStrong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and construction practices.\r\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.\r\nProven experience managing field labor, subcontractors, scheduling, and productivity.\r\nStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC, and industry best practices.\r\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, or similar platforms.\r\nJourneyman or Master Electrician license preferred but not required depending on state requirements.\r\nOSHA 30 certification preferred.\r\nPreferred Skills:Strong leadership and team-building abilities.\r\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.\r\nStrong planning and organizational skills.\r\nEffective communication with clients, project managers, and field personnel.\r\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.\r\nSelf-motivated with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.\r\nWhat We Offer:Competitive salary\r\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance\r\n401(k) with company match\r\nPaid vacation and holidays\r\nCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance\r\nCell phone and laptop\r\nProfessional development and career advancement opportunities\r\nStable backlog of work with a respected electrical contractorIdeal Candidate: The ideal Electrical Superintendent is a respected field leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
