Perform numerous plant support duties as assigned.\n\nEssential Duties\n\nStocks and locates materials including bundled bar stock material\nCut bar stock material to specified lengths\nAccurately complete computer transactions in support of material moves\nReceives and ships product and parts.\nMoves parts between production centers.\nProvides containers to production groups\nWash machined parts totes\nOperates all power and hand equipment as required – includes fork lift, overhead cranes, band saw, banding tooling, stretch wrapper, waste stream evaporator.\nPerforms cycle counting.\nKeeps records as required.\nAttentive to daily upkeep of forklift equipment.\nReports any/all safety hazards and dangers.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nPosition Requirements\n\nEssential Qualifications:\n\nMust have a high school degree or equivalent.\nMust be or become fork lift operations qualified\nAbility to work with a high degree of autonomy\nIn an eight hour day, employee must be able to stand/walk/sit, for up to eight hours.\nRequired to frequently stoop, bend, lift and load up to 40 pounds\nMust have knowledge of Graco safety rules and practices.\n\nDesirable Qualifications:\n\nPersonal computer skills or experience.\nCompletion of Math for Manufacturing and Blueprint Reading for Manufacturing.\nPrevious manufacturing and/or Material Handling experience.\n\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
