We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern who is eager to learn, contribute, and gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions.As a Human Resources Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the HR team while gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a fast-paced, growing medical device organization.What You’ll DoPartner with the HR team to support a variety of people-related initiatives and projects across the employee lifecycleAssist with research, analysis, and preparation of insights to help inform HR and business decisionsContribute to the development, organization, and improvement of HR programs, processes, and materialsSupport the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and documentationAssist in preparing communications and resources for employees and managersProvide general coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operationsCollaborate with team members on special projects and continuous improvement effortsWhat You BringCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred)Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with strong proofreading and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a teamProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (HRIS experience is a plus)Strong customer service mindset and professional presenceAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills and sound judgmentAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationWhat You'll GainHands-on experience supporting HR operations within a growing medical device companyExposure to multiple HR disciplines, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, training, and complianceOpportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and team initiativesDevelopment of professional communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsMentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionalsInsight into how Human Resources supports overall business successWhy VB Spine?We believe in growing talent from within. While non-local candidates may apply, relocation and housing assistance are not provided, and candidates are responsible for all related expenses.VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers factors such as experience level, skill set, and market conditions.
