The ideal candidate is organized, numbers-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesContract & Documentation ManagementPrepare and manage documentation for import, export, offshore, and domestic transactionsCreate invoices and billing instructions based on contractsTrack contracts from initiation through final deliverySettlement & Financial CoordinationCoordinate settlement methods (L/C, Bills for Collection, wire transfers, etc.)Support cash flow planning by researching exchange rates and financial trendsEnsure timely and accurate financial transactionsLogistics & TransportationArrange transportation and shipment of goodsCommunicate shipping details to buyers and suppliersResolve logistics issues and coordinate with internal teams when neededAccounts & ReportingMaintain accounts receivable and payable recordsPrepare debit memos and vouchersTrack transaction data for periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)Follow up on overdue paymentsCustomer SupportRespond to inquiries regarding orders, payments, pricing, and delivery schedulesTrack order status and provide updates to customers and vendorsCredit & Compliance SupportCoordinate with the Credit Department on customer credit statusAssist with credit checks and limit adjustmentsInternational TransactionsProcess international fund transfers and maintain transaction logsAdditional DutiesSupport special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assignedQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environmentIdeal CandidateDetail-oriented and highly organizedComfortable handling financial and logistics processesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to multitaskTeam player with a proactive attitude
