This role supports daily HR operations and helps ensure accurate recordkeeping, smooth onboarding processes, and effective internal communication.This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and an excellent fit for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential employee information.Who You AreAn organized, detail-oriented administrative professionalComfortable supporting HR processes such as onboarding, data entry, and employee recordsAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTrustworthy and discreet when handling confidential informationA dependable team player with strong communication skillsWhat You'll DoMaintain and update employee HR records and personnel filesAssist with onboarding and off-boarding paperwork and processesOrganize and manage HR documentation in digital and physical formatsPerform accurate data entry into HR systemsTrack employee attendance and leave recordsAssist with HR communications and respond to routine employee inquiriesGenerate standard HR reports and assist with basic HR metricsSupport compliance with company policies and employment regulationsProvide general administrative and clerical support to the HR teamAssist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and other administrative tasks as neededWhat You BringBachelor's DegreePreference is college coursework in HR or a related field03 years of HR support experience preferredPayroll and/or HRIS experience strongly preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain confidentialityMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishWhy This OpportunityTemp-to-perm with long-term potentialFull-time, daytime scheduleStable administrative role with HR exposureOpportunity to support a mission-driven organizationWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at all levels.
