The ideal candidate will leverage U.S. Navy experience with Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) to deliver technical expertise, facilitate program meetings, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.\r\nSalary Range: $115k -$150k\r\nResponsibilities\r\nManage all aspects of the FFC ALRE FMS Case by supporting the PMA 251 FMS Team Lead/Deputy Team Lead.\r\nProvide EMALS and AAG technical expertise and lessons learned based on U.S. Navy experience.\r\nFacilitate Working Group meetings: develop agendas, lead technical/cost/schedule discussions, and publish meeting minutes.\r\nManage and track action items; develop responses for PMA 251 actions and review all responses for compliance with Technology Transfer Security Assistance Review Board (TTSARB) policy.\r\nPeriodically review TTSARB policy based on technology assessments and recommend changes as warranted.\r\nReview NAWCADLKE funding execution and provide recommendations.\r\nLead Pricing and Availability Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimating efforts for all program acquisition phases through 2038.\r\nSupport the development of the FFC case in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and develop documentation to enable PMA 251 interaction with the Navy International Program Office.\r\nDevelop and manage the Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).\r\nDevelop the FFC acquisition strategy, gain approval from the French Ministry of Defense, and author updates to EMALS and AAG acquisition documentation.\r\nPrepare contract packages, including Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Statement of Work (SOW), DD254, etc., for General Atomics' FFC FMS Case support.\r\nRequirements: U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance.\r\nBachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.\r\nMinimum 15 years of experience in U.S. Navy ALRE systems, Foreign Military Sales, or related defense acquisition programs and recognized industry leader.\r\nDemonstrated expertise with EMALS and AAG systems.\r\nExperience facilitating technical meetings and managing complex action items.\r\nExperience U.S. Navy international program processes.\r\nProven ability to develop acquisition strategies and manage large-scale defense programs.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience working with international defense partners, especially the French Ministry of Defense.\r\nPrior experience with NAWCADLKE funding and program execution.\r\nFamiliarity with General Atomics contract support and documentation requirements.\r\nPMP or DAWIA certification.\r\nWhat Your Experience Working for Us  Will Be Like\r\nAsk any of our employees and they will tell you SSI is a great place to work with an upbeat and positive culture.
