This position creates photography, video, podcast, and other multimedia content that strengthens the organization's brand, supports ministry initiatives, and inspires churches, donors, volunteers, and families to engage with ABCFM's mission.\nWorking as part of the Communications team, the Multimedia Coordinator transforms ministry moments into authentic stories that advance awareness, engagement, and support for the organization's statewide ministries.\nMultimedia Production\nPlan, capture, and edit high-quality photography and video for ministry initiatives, campaigns, events, and organizational communications.\nProduce short- and long-form video content for social media, websites, presentations, fundraising, and promotional campaigns.\nCoordinate and produce podcast recordings, editing, publishing, and supporting media.\nCapture authentic stories that communicate the impact of ABCFM's ministries.\nVisual Storytelling\nCollaborate with the Director of Communications to identify and tell meaningful stories that support strategic communication goals.\nWork alongside ministry leaders to document services, events, and life-changing moments across the organization.\nEnsure visual content reflects the mission, values, and brand standards of ABCFM.\nCreative Media Support\nProvide photography and video support for organizational events, campaigns, church engagement opportunities, and fundraising initiatives.\nAssist with creative content development that supports publications, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.\nMaintain consistent quality, composition, lighting, and editing standards across all visual media.\nMedia Asset Management\nOrganize, maintain, and archive the organization's digital photography, video, and audio library.\nDevelop and maintain an easily searchable media asset system for future communications projects.\nManage equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance of cameras, lighting, audio, and video equipment.\nPartner with the Communications team to execute integrated communication campaigns.\nCoordinate with the Communications Coordinator to provide visual assets for social media, email marketing, websites, and public communications.\nSupport communications priorities while managing multiple projects and deadlines.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Communications, Film Production, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience and portfolio may be considered.\nExperience\nExperience in photography, videography, and video editing through professional work, internships, freelance projects, or a strong portfolio.\nExperience using professional camera equipment and editing software.\nExperience producing content for digital platforms is preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong photography and videography skills.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Audition, or similar software).\nAbility to capture authentic, story-driven content that connects emotionally with audiences.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, ministry leaders, churches, and families.\nWillingness to travel throughout Arkansas as needed.\nAbility to work occasional evenings or weekends for ministry events.\nPreferred Characteristics\nThe ideal candidate is:\nA creative storyteller who naturally notices meaningful moments.\nPassionate about using media to advance a mission rather than simply creating content.\nCurious, teachable, and eager to continue developing professionally.\nSelf-motivated with strong initiative.\nOrganized and committed to building systems that preserve and steward media assets.\nComfortable working in a collaborative, ministry-focused environment.\nWhy This Role Matters\nThe Multimedia Coordinator plays a vital role in helping people see the life-changing work taking place across ABCFM every day.
