The Engineered Solutions team plays a key role in designing and developing Kaeser’s line of packaged compressed air systems. Come work with this highly skilled and motivated team to create tomorrow’s compressed air stations! This is an entry level position.\nDuties include:\nCreating drawings, service documents, bills of materials, assembly workflows, and test plans\nDesigning packages from the ground up using CAD modeling software\nResearching and validating new design concepts\nWorking with assembly team to resolve choke points in production and streamline the efficiency of current and future builds\nWorking with external partners to ensure quality and on-time delivery of the product line\nCollaborating with teammates and various departments to develop solutions for customer RFQs\nWorking with senior personnel for on-the-job training\n\nWhat We Offer\nCome and see our campus in Fredericksburg, VA.
