We have a common purpose to ensure transparency and a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to express their ideas with a strong belief in promoting from within the organization.\r\nMonday - Friday Morning/Afternoon\r\nJob ResponsibilitiesEnsure the customers are greeted, assisted and guided to the proper person.\r\nInstall seat, steering wheel, and floor protection in all vehicles taken in for service prior to returning a completed vehicle to a customer, remove the seat, steering wheel and floor covers and ID tags installed when vehicle was brought in for service.\r\nHelp to maintain the parking lot in an organized and efficient manner.\r\nMove customer and dealership vehicles as directed.\r\nHelp inspect the vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damages to the management immediately.\r\nRetrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed by the cashier or service advisors.\r\nRemain in the service write-up area unless performing another task as directed.\r\nUnderstand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, such as safety requirements, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, Right-to-Know, etc.\r\nCheck in loaner vehicles being returned by customers.\r\nHelp maintain the cleanliness of the customer drop off area.\r\nUtilize all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems.\r\nProvide prompt, efficient, and quality service to the customers and dealership.\r\nTake the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.\r\nPresent self as a positive role model by demonstrating commitment to the department, customers, dealership, and company.\r\nAttend training classes as directed by management.\r\nJob QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\r\nAbility to collaborate with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time.\r\nAbility to collaborate with other dealership personnel.\r\nMust be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity.\r\nMaintain a high level of professionalism, personal appearance, and conduct.\r\nMust have a valid in-state driver's license and good driving record.\r\nMust pass a background check\r\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
