This role serves as the main contact for corporate clients and group organizers, delivering exceptional service throughout the booking and onsite experience.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nServe as primary contact for group and corporate clients.\n\nSupport clients with schedules, itineraries, billing and logistics.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams to execute group programs.\n\nMaintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication.\n\nDeliver excellent customer service before, during, and after group stays.\n\nEffectively communicate Miraval Austin programming and ethos.\n\nWork onsite with flexibility between client calls and operational needs.\n\nSupport daily operations with schedule adjustments, point of sale, reporting, and providing assistance to colleagues when needed.\n\nWork directly with guests onsite on changes to their schedule.\n\nKey Requirements\n\nSales experience preferred, ideally in hospitality or tourism.\n\nStrong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities independently.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Resort Suite, Envision, and other CRM systems.\n\nPassion for wellness and hospitality.\n\nFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\n\nAbility to lift up to 30 lbs.\n\nPrevious resort experience preferred.\n\nBenefits\n\nPaid 8‑hour experiences at Miraval twice per year.\n\nUp to $1,000 in Wellbeing or Tuition Reimbursement.\n\nDiscounted and complimentary Hyatt hotel nights.\n\nMedical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance on day 30 of employment.\n\n401(k) with company match.\n\nGenerous paid time off program.\n\nPaid family bonding time and adoption assistance.\n\nComplimentary daily colleague meals.\n\nEmployee stock purchase plan.\n\nAccess to resort facilities including spa services, programs, hiking trails, and fitness center.\n\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
