We are a capital-intensive, operationally complex business growing at a pace that demands exceptional financial rigor and analytical horsepower.\nPosition Summary\nAs our Controller, you will own the accounting and control function end to end, building the systems, controls, and team that keep our books accurate, timely, and audit-ready as we scale across markets and geographies. This is a player-coach leadership role for someone who has run a close, stood up controls in a high-growth environment, and is ready to build a department from a small, capable core.\nYou will report to the Head of Finance and lead a growing accounting organization, including the Accounting Manager, Fleet Asset Accounting, AP/AR, and regional/international accounting resources.
