This includes updating data, geo-coding maps, and maintaining the account master for new accounts.\nSchedule specific delivery times for store deliveries and backhauls.\nAnalyze and adjust delivery routes to enhance efficiency, considering customer and sales expectations.\nChoose trips to download into the warehouse picking and shipping systems, adhering to daily delivery priorities.\nShare relevant information with drivers, customers, and sales personnel via email reports.\nPrint and distribute daily dispatch sheets and manifests to drivers and management.\nDevelop and implement delivery schedules to ensure sufficient staffing coverage.\nOther duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.\nQualifications:\nExperience using Roadnet and/or Omnitracs software REQUIRED\nMinimum of 1 year experience in Supply Chain Operations\nExcellent customer service skills\nBasic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software\nMust be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion\nAbility to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines\nUtilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMinimum of 2 year experience in a delivery/routing role\nBachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience\nPhysical Requirements:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone\n\nThis job description is only a summary of the typical functions of this position, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks and duties.
