The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients to provide support unit rentals, answering inquiries via phone, email or in person, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, secure facility.QualificationsExperience in Customer Service, Customer Support and handling Customer Satisfaction issuesStrong skills in fostering positive Customer Experience and addressing client inquiries effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in Site Link preferredAbility to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
