Find your future with us.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an Experienced Procurement Analyst to join our Data Integration team, focusing on our government business in Long Beach, CA, Hazelwood, MO, or Seattle, WA.\nThe ideal candidate will provide support across the BGS Business, emphasizing metric development, automation, report creation, and key data insights. This role requires a strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, quality assurance, and collaboration with various stakeholders.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nOverall RAA\nProvide support across BGS Business with a focus on metric development & automation, report creation, and key data insights.\nFocus on business-level metrics rather than director-level.\nEnsure alignment on consistent metric and data definitions across the business.\nData Mapping & Transformation\nAnalyze source data and define data mapping specifications.\nDocument data sources and definitions by business unit.\nDesign and implement data transformation processes to ensure data quality and integrity.\nData Quality Assurance\nImplement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of integrated data.\nConfirm that readily available dashboards include all business data.\nIdentify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with data owners.\nValidate metrics against raw data from source systems.\nMetric Creation & Automation\nUtilize analytic platforms like Tableau and Power BI to create automated metrics and dashboards.\nDevelop and automate key business metrics with consistent definitions across the organization.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure metrics align with business objectives and reporting standards.\nCollaboration with Stakeholders\nWork closely with director analysts, data architects, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and integration needs.\nCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nIntegrate with the business to understand their systems and processes to become a subject matter expert.\nDocumentation\nMonitor data integration processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.\nPerform regular maintenance and updates to data integration systems.\nContinuous Improvement\nStay updated with industry trends and best practices in data integration.\nPropose and implement improvements to existing data integration processes.\nBasic Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in Procurement Data Analysis\n3+ years of experience developing reports and insights utilizing reporting/data analytical/business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI and Maximo\n3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance\n3+ years of experience as a proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills\nPreferred Skills:\nKnowledge of government business processes and regulations\nFamiliarity with SQL and data integration tools\nExperience in process improvement methodologies\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field\nDrug Free Workplace:\nBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.\nCredit Check: This position will require a credit check\nTotal Rewards & Pay Transparency:\nAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
