The engineer will focus on building the data pipelines, insights, KPIs, and metrics using the DISH Wireless data from BSS, OSS, NSS or external sources to business/partners/customers. This individual will play an active role in delivery and ensure alignment with the end-state architecture.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nProvide technical expertise in Wireless Analytics\r\nUnderstand business needs and analytics product offerings to design and build data and analytics solutions on the Elastic stack\r\nAnalyze business and technical requirements\r\nQuickly build prototypes to test out proof-of-concepts\r\nAddress technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions\r\nAssist in solving technical problems when they arise\r\nMonitor systems to ensure they meet the partner, user, and business goals\r\nDeliver solutions, features using agile delivery methodologies\r\nSkills, Experience and Requirements\r\nEducation and Experience\r\n4+ years as a Data Analytics engineer in the wireless and/or telecom space esp., in Sales, Marketing, Retention, Product, Revenue and Partner Management, etc.\r\n5+ years of hands-on experience with the development and delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable big data solutions using agile methodologies\r\nSkills and Qualifications\r\nExperience in building highly performant SQL and Python-based solutions delivered using file feeds, Data-as-a-Service APIs, streaming data analytics like Elasticsearch, and BI tools like Kibana & Tableau\r\nExperience in data management and engineering capabilities\r\nExperience in cloud technologies (like AWS) and data analytics platforms\r\nExperience in delivering of self-service analytics, insights, KPIs, and metrics\r\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment across different geographies and vendors\r\nExperience building and maintaining a data catalog with a dictionary\r\nExperience with scheduling tools like Control-M or Airflow\r\nExperience with high-performance/scalable computing using Spark or Kubernetes\r\nExperience with Modern Data Warehouses like Snowflake\r\nEnsure compliance on all deliverables by performing data audits and analysis\r\nExcellent written/verbal communication skills\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nAbility to adapt and deep dive into new technologies\r\nStrong desire to learn new things and continually improve\r\nSalary Ranges\r\nCompensation: $96,250.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year\r\nBenefits\r\nWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.\r\nThe base pay range shown is a guideline.
