Guests can enjoy refined food and beverages from their scratch kitchens and bars while immersing themselves in a variety of entertainment options for everyday fun.\n\nJob Description\nThe FEC Manager at Elevate Entertainment Group (EEG) oversees all aspects and will serve as the expert in FEC operations, with a focus on arcade, bowling, redemption store, and other attractions. This role requires a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nManage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions.\nDevelop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs.\nEnsure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed.\nHire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service.\nMonitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.\nAnalyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.\nStay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and cast members.\nPerforms other related duties as necessary or assigned.\nSkills + Abilities included but are not limited to:\nExcellent leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests, staff, and industry partners.\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.\nEducation + Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.\nRequired state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required.\nProven experience in FEC management or related role, with a strong understanding of gaming and attractions operations.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds at a time and conduct repetitive motions.\nMust be able to work in an environment with loud noise and flashing lights.\nCast Member Benefits:\nCompetitive Pay and Growth\n401(k) Retirement Plan\nMedical, Dental, and Vision\nPet Insurance\nCast Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!\n\nElevate Entertainment Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
