General Manager - Sales and Leadership Focus Location: Houston, TX (Sugar Land or Humble Locations) Salary: $44,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-Time About Us: At Infinite Hitting Clubhouse, our mission is to help baseball and softball players achieve in-game success while reaching their personal goals. We are seeking a highly motivated, well-organized, and extroverted General Manager with a passion for sales, baseball/softball, excellent time management skills, and a professional, polished presentation. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact on young athletes' lives. Highly preferred: Sales Experience and at least some college or professional level experience in baseball or softball. Position Overview: The General Manager will oversee client acquisition and retention, drive revenue growth, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing a team of employees who will look to you for leadership, guidance, and motivation. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional organizational skills, excellent time management, the ability to multi-task, and a strong knowledge of the sport. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, can work independently without micromanagement, and thrives on achieving results while fostering a high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead sales efforts by contacting leads, closing membership packages, and ensuring client satisfaction. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing members. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and renewals. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, facility readiness, and program delivery. Lead, manage, and motivate staff to achieve sales and performance goals while maintaining a positive team culture. Regularly analyze performance metrics to optimize processes and meet business objectives. Effectively prioritize and manage time to balance sales, leadership, and operational responsibilities. Collaborate with instructors to ensure players are making progress toward their personal goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and customer service with measurable success in achieving goals. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and manage a team effectively. Exceptional organizational abilities and the ability to multi- task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Extroverted personality with a polished and professional presentation style. Strong knowledge of baseball/softball, with the ability to connect with athletes and parents effectively. Experience using Mindbody and other CRM software is preferred. Passion for helping young athletes succeed. Passion for perfecting the swing and making better, stronger hitters; coaching or sports management experience is a plus. Requirements: Must live within a 45-minute commute of Houston, TX, or be willing to relocate before starting. Ability to work Monday through Friday (3 PM - 10 PM) and Saturdays (10 AM - 3 PM). Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Highly preferred: Sales Experience Benefits: Competitive compensation, with potential earnings of $44,000 to $95,000 per year.
