At Another Broken Egg we are Happy People Sharing Happiness\nMust fully understand and have knowledge of ABE food, beverage, and service standards.\nBe able to read menu items and speak English.\nMust be able to deliver plates, food and clear tables, which may require lifting of up to 30 lbs.\nBe able to reach, bend, stoop and perform cleaning duties. Walk or stand for a 6-10 hour shift.\nBe able to hear well with loud background noise, in order to answer telephone and respond to guest requests.\nPossess basic math skills and have the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.\nPrimary Responsibilities::\nWelcome Guests genuinely, get to know them and treat them like family.\nHave a strong knowledge of our Menu. Know how everything is made, where it came from, and why it is a great choice.\nConnect with Guests. Interact, learn, and make recommendations you genuinely feel they will enjoy.\nTake food and beverage orders. Accurately enter orders in our point-of-sale system.\nBe an instrumental and happy member of a fast-paced team; deliver food and beverages, seat guests, bus tables, build relationships, and constantly look for ways to help.\nPerform side work at the start, middle and end of each shift according to daily side-work-chart.\nResponsibility for cleanliness of the front of the house and expo including tables, terminals, refrigerators, drink stations, host stand and bar.\nObserve and ensure the ultimate in guest satisfaction with the food, service, and ambiance. Respond promptly and politely to any requests.\nNotify person-in-charge any time a guest is not 100% happy with their experience.\nLooks for opportunities and bring suggestions for improvement.\nAt Another Broken Egg we are happy people sharing happiness.
