This position will support daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on *receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment*.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n* Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and receiving documents.\n* Inspect incoming merchandise for shortages, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues.\n* Accurately receive and update inventory using our *ERP/Warehouse Management System*.\n* Use handheld scanners to locate, receive, move, and track inventory throughout the warehouse.\n* Properly label, store, and place merchandise in designated warehouse locations.\n* Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.\n* Stock shelves and maintain organized and accurate inventory locations.\n* Assist with order fulfillment to help ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.\n* Load and unload trucks and deliveries using appropriate equipment.\n* Safely lift and move packages weighing *up to 50 lbs.*\n* Safely operate light warehouse equipment, including *pallet jacks, carts, and ladders*.\n* Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and resolving inventory discrepancies.\n* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\n* Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as needed.\n\nExperience & Qualifications\n\n* Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience is preferred.\n* Familiarity with warehouse receiving and inventory procedures is a plus.\n* Experience using *handheld scanners, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems* is preferred.\n* Ability to accurately pick, pack, receive, and stock merchandise.\n* Basic understanding of inventory control and stock management.\n* Ability to follow procedures and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.\n* Ability to safely use pallet jacks, ladders, and other light warehouse equipment.\n* Must be dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.\n* Must be able to lift up to *50 lbs.* and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nWe are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of *inventory accuracy*, and can work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
