This role is ideal for those who thrive in a hybrid remote environment and prefer hands-on work over a rigid 9-to-5 routine.A day in the lifeMorning Check-InReview the project schedule and ensure all crews are prepared for the day's tasks. Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries.Client CommunicationCheck in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.Midday OperationsHandle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track. Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.Problem-SolvingAddress unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.Daily Wrap-UpReview progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsConstruction Experience3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction, ideally in siding and renovation.Leadership and Organizational SkillsAbility to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once.Customer-Centric ApproachStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.Tech-savvyComfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions.Problem-solving abilitySkilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and on-site management.Must be able to relocate to Franchise Location (if not currently local).J-18808-Ljbffr
