SEA 01 requires a SharePoint Developer who will also provide direct support to the Activity Command Information Officer (ACIO). This role integrates enterprise collaboration platform delivery with command-level IT governance, compliance oversight, cybersecurity alignment, and information management initiatives.\nResponsibilities:\nGather user requirements and provide recommendations for SharePoint Online design, configuration, and implementation\nDevelop and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft Teams workspace templates, including provisioning, permissions, lifecycle management, and external sharing controls\nImplement and enforce SPO site standards aligned with NAVSEA and DON collaboration and records management policies\nSupport hub site architecture and cross-directorate information architecture\nConfigure lists, libraries, metadata, and data structures to support reporting, audit readiness, and data traceability\nMonitor platform usage, storage, and performance to ensure reliability and availability\nIntegrate SharePoint with Microsoft Power Platform tools for reporting and visualization\nProvide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint and M365 collaboration services\nDevelop user guides, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge resources\nTroubleshoot workflow, permissions, and data structure issues\nSupport governance controls, including provisioning standards, naming conventions, and access reviews\nCoordinate with enterprise platform owners regarding configuration or policy updates\nACIO Support & IT Operations\nProvide Tier 1 IT support, including account provisioning, password resets, software installation, and troubleshooting\nAdminister distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and permissions within authorized systems\nSupport workforce onboarding and offboarding activities\nMaintain IT asset accountability and lifecycle tracking\nProvide operational support for conference room and office technology (AV systems, printers, shared devices)\nSupport leadership mobile device configuration and troubleshooting\nAssist with records management documentation, audit responses, and IT governance materials\nSupport preparation of artifacts for inspections, assessments, and cybersecurity reviews\nCommunicate enterprise IT updates, standards, and implementation guidance to stakeholders\nQualifications:\nActive DoD Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field\n2–6 years of experience supporting SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, or collaboration platforms\nWorking knowledge of DoD or Federal IT governance and cybersecurity compliance processes\nExperience supporting CIO/ACIO-level governance or reporting functions\nKnowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript\nProficiency with SharePoint administration tools and PowerShell scripting\nFamiliarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting NAVSEA, Navy, or Warfare Center organizations\nMaster’s degree in a technology-related field\nExperience working within an IT service management/ticketing system\nCompTIA Security+ (or equivalent baseline certification)\nMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint-related credentials)\nITIL Foundation certification\nRequired Competencies\nAbility to work independently while coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment\nSound troubleshooting and problem-escalation judgment\nProfessionalism and discretion when supporting leadership and front-office staff\nCommitment to customer service and continuous learning\nWork Environment\nFull-time, on-site position located at Washington Navy Yard, DC Metro Area\nMay require coordination with enterprise service providers and external stakeholders\nPosition supports mission-critical systems in a regulated federal IT environment\n\nTargeted Salalry range will be $90,0000-$110,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to lift to 25 pounds\nMust be able to sit, stand and or bend for prolonged amounts of time\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Mustbe able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.
