Collaboration with other managers, administrators, classroom instructors, industry as well as local and statewide organizations are essential for appropriate services and resources to be available. Initiation, planning, implementation, and assessment are critical factors when determining appropriate curricular resources for rigorous, standards-based programs. The RN Program Coordinator/ Program Director ensures all local, state, and federal government regulations are met when preparing and administrating programs and policies is vital to sustain programs.
