end-to-end Salesforce programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.\nManage multiple workstreams, project dependencies, risks, and issues.\nEnsure delivery milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timelines.\nEstablish program governance frameworks and conduct steering committee meetings.\nDrive Agile/Scrum delivery practices across Salesforce teams.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for client leadership and business stakeholders.\nFacilitate requirement discussions, solution reviews, and executive status reporting.\nBuild strong relationships with business, IT, and vendor teams.\nManage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.\nSalesforce Program Leadership\n\nOversee Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.\nCollaborate with architects and technical leads on solution design and roadmap planning.\nEnsure alignment with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.\nDrive user adoption, change management, and business value realization.\nFinancial & Resource Management\n\nManage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.\nTrack program KPIs, utilization, and delivery metrics.\nSupport contract management, scope control, and change requests.\nQuality & Compliance\n\nEnsure adherence to organizational delivery standards and compliance requirements.\nConduct periodic reviews to maintain quality and performance standards.\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience managing enterprise Salesforce programs.\nHands-on understanding of:\nSalesforce Integration patterns\nExpertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.\nStrong stakeholder and executive communication skills.\nExperience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.\nProficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.\nSalesforce Sales Cloud\nSalesforce Service Cloud\nSalesforce Experience
