We’re seeking a Hybrid Full-Stack AI & Automation Engineer to bring this vision to life by bridging product development, AI workflows, and systems integration. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and is excited by the challenge of connecting diverse technologies. You’ll be responsible for building intuitive front-ends, scalable backends, and automating internal tools and workflows—often leveraging modern AI models and No-Code technology.\nResponsibilities:\nFull-Stack Development: Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end features using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.\n\nAI Workflow Automation: Build and enhance automation workflows using LLMs and prompt engineering for data extraction, processing, and content generation.\n\nSystems Integration: Develop and maintain APIs, webhooks, and internal tooling to ensure seamless data flow between internal and third-party platforms.\n\nDevOps & Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps to deploy on AWS EC2, manage MongoDB Atlas, and utilize S3, Firebase, and GitLab for CI/CD.\n\nCollaboration: Work cross-functionally with support, research, and leadership teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nCode Quality & Documentation: Participate in code reviews, write clean documentation, and help establish engineering best practices.\nProblem-Solving: Debug complex systems, resolve integration issues, and continuously improve workflows and performance.\nRequirements:\n2+ years of experience in software development or integration engineering.\n\nProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and frameworks like React and Next.js.\n\nStrong experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and webhooks.\nKnowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.\n\nFamiliarity with AWS, MongoDB, and CI/CD tools like GitLab.\n\nExposure to LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering.\n\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., N8N, Gumloop, Zapier, Make, Retool).\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, monitoring tools like Sentry, and cloud storage management.\n\nPrevious experience in AI/ML environments or deploying models in production.\n\nImpact\nJoin SourceCo and shape the next generation of M&A technology.
