This is an entry-level management position that can help to develop your leadership skills.\r\nIf you have food service or retail experience, this is the opportunity for you.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nEffectively run a shop in the manager's absence.\r\nAssist shop partners and customers with questions and concerns.\r\nStrong working knowledge of Stewart's operations, tools and culture.\r\nTeach others by example and create a positive and fun atmosphere.\r\nAssist with schedule writing and requests.\r\nPrepare food items such as pastries, sandwiches, wraps, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza and various other quick and easy food on the go options.\r\nMake coffee and keep multiple flavor options fresh and available throughout the day.\r\nScoop and serve ice cream.\r\nProcess customer transactions through the register.\r\nStock shop shelves, as well as the cooler and freezer.\r\nMaintain standards of cleanliness inside and outside of the shop.\r\nBe aware of shop promotions and communicate them with customers.\r\nWe Offer:\r\n$19 - $23/hour starting pay based on experience. ESOP & benefits package.\r\nEmployee discount.\r\nFun work atmosphere- Our shops are fast paced and fun to work in. You will work with people who are owners and get to know many of our long term and loyal customers.\r\nGrowth opportunity- Because we promote from within, we can give you the training and the opportunity that you need to grow.
