Commercial Litigation Associate

Dickinson Wright is seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Litigation Associate with 4 to 6 years of litigation experience to join its San Deigo, CA office. Successful candidates must be licensed to practice law in California.The ideal candidate will also possess:experience and willingness to handle cases and appearances in state and federal courts throughout California;experience handling discovery matters and contested motion practice, including experience taking and defending deposition;the ability to take ownership of litigation matters working independently and on teams;strong legal writing and communication skills;exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills; andthe ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines.The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 to $240,000. Please note that a variety of factors determine compensation, including geographic location, experience, relevant degrees and certifications, and other applicable factors authorized by law.
