All of us are focused on only one mission—accelerating success for our clients and employees.\nTitle: Java AWS Tech Lead\nLocation: Houston (Hybrid – Onsite 4 days a week)\nKey Responsibilities:\nAct as the primary technical and delivery lead for a major customer in Houston.\nShould be able to lead a team of 20-30 member in offshore and onsite Model.\nDrive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Java and associated frameworks.\nLead DevOps implementation including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and automation.\nCollaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and ensure delivery excellence.\nManage distributed development teams, ensuring quality, velocity, and stakeholder satisfaction.\nProactively address risks, dependencies, and change requests.\nTrack delivery KPIs and prepare executive-level status reports.\nConduct code reviews and drive engineering best practices.\nEnsure compliance with security, quality, and governance standards.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices).\nSolid DevOps knowledge: CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation.\nExperience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.\nProven experience managing onsite-offshore delivery teams.\nExcellent communication and customer engagement skills.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical mind-set.\nAt Quinnox, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of complex problems and craft solutions—to make stuff—from day one.
