As a BDR, you will be crucial in identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating new business opportunities, and supporting our sales team in achieving revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our organization.\nWhat you'll do:\nProspect and identify potential clients by researching and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other sales tactics.\nConduct outbound calls and engage in proactive outreach to educate prospects about our Employer of Record services, identify their needs, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.\nQualify leads and gather key information to assess their potential as prospective clients.\nCollaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and pipeline development.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, interactions, and prospecting details in the CRM system.\nCollaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.\nKeep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our EOR services and differentiate our offerings.\nActively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute ideas to enhance sales and lead generation processes.\nMeet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and revenue generated.\nWhat we're looking for:\nBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.\n\n2+ years sales or lead generation experience\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.\nExcellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.\nSelf-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.\nFamiliarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting sales initiatives and goals.\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nKnowledge of the Employer of Record industry, HR outsourcing, or related services is a plus.\nAbility to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nThe annual gross base salary range for this position is $45,600 - $57,000 plus variable compensation.\n\nOur ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.\nActual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location.
