LISBON SCHOOL DEPARTMENTMUSIC TEACHER - HIGH SCHOOL(K-12 Certified)to begin the 2026/2027 school yearThe Lisbon School Department is seeking a highly qualified, certified High School Music Teacher. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with a district music department as well as be student-centered with a strong knowledge of content, including best practices in Music instruction, an understanding of standards-based assessment, the ability to use technology in instruction and the willingness to support the mission of the school department. This position requires the ability to create unique and engaging music elective courses as well as facilitate middle school and high school band and chorus ensembles after school for an additional stipend.REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: Must have Maine State Teacher’s Certification with Music Endorsement 614.
