Sales Specialist - Las Vegas Crystals

Summary The Sales Specialist supports the boutique sales team by achieving individual and store sales goals while delivering exceptional client service in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment. The role includes maintaining the selling floor, processing transactions accurately, and supporting inventory and asset protection procedures. This position reports to the Assistant Manager and collaborates with selling and support teams to enhance the client experience. Responsibilities Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique sales goals. Organize and maintain the selling floor to Hermès visual merchandising and presentation standards, including restocking and replenishment. Process POS transactions accurately, maintain CRM and sales records, and support after‑sales administrative tasks. Support inventory preparation, participate in cycle counts, and assist with monthly physical inventory as directed. Follow asset protection procedures, including tagging, key control, and bag checks, and report POS discrepancies to management. Provide high levels of client service including greeting, assisting, and packaging at point of sale. Requirements 2+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Strong relationship development, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Open availability to accommodate business needs, including weekends and holidays. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
