Each day, you will execute digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth.The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the Digital - Cybersecurity business in the United States. Main stakeholders are local division business leadership, local division Digital, Sales, Marketing and Digital Execution teams.You will be mainly accountable for:Owning the quota for assigned portfolio, responsibility for building and maintaining sales pipeline with good mix of coverage of existing and new accountsAdvancing our commercial cyber security strategy across the U.S particularly in development of scoping, sales and execution of Cybersecurity Consulting.Supporting the Digital Execution team in readiness to execute.Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective digital solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.Qualifications for the role:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Systems or relevant experience.12+ years of Cyber Security solution execution experience with a strong understanding of operations technologies softwareSound knowledge of Cyber Security solutions and the Oil, Gas, Chemical, Refining, Power, Water and Pharmaceuticals marketsKnowledge of with well-known cyber security standards and frameworks like IEC 62443/ NIST and others.The ability to develop and manage customer relationshipsA collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skillsStrong ability to influence business units, teams, and resources that you do not ownMore about us:The Energy Industries Division serves a wide range of industrial sectors, including hydrocarbons, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power generation and water.
