This person will conduct in-depth analyses of our data, report on key metrics, and provide recommendations that will have a direct impact on shaping future product development and company initiatives. The ideal candidate is an intelligent, sharp, detail-oriented, and highly quantitative individual who loves working with and analyzing data.\r\nWork Location: Remote – anywhere in the US\r\nDuration: 6-month contract with potential for extension depending on performance and project needs in the future\r\nPay Range: $50 /hr\r\nResponsibilities: Be constantly curious and continue to pursue in-depth explorations of our datasets\r\nWork with Product Managers and Engineers to uncover new business opportunities and better understand the levers of the business\r\nSupport new product launches, A/B testing, ramp-up recommendations, and root cause investigation\r\nLeverage new techniques to investigate our data and incorporate external information to boost our knowledge of this market\r\nCommunicate complicated data findings clearly and concisely to our multi-disciplined teams\r\nCollaborate with stakeholders, including product, marketing, finance, etc., on initiatives that improve our company-level KPIs and match our business priorities\r\nAd-hoc analysis to address urgent high-impact analysis for business stakeholders\r\nRequirements: Master's degree in computer science or any related field is required; Bachelor's degree in any field that requires logical, creative thinking, STEM majors\r\nMinimum 4 years of industry quantitative analysis experience to build data-driven products for solving business problems\r\nExperience with SQL and Python\r\nExperience with a data visualization tool like Tableau\r\nFamiliarity with Product Analytics – understanding and tracking customer and user behavior using lenses like adoption, churn, cohorts, and funnel analysis\r\nExperience collaborating with and understanding the needs of stakeholders from a variety of business functions, including product, marketing, finance, and so on\r\nExperience in handling large-scale data with efficiency\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nExperience in Financial Services or FinTech preferred\r\nPrevious work on evaluating product iterations or experiments\r\nThank you!\r\nFocusKPI Hiring Team\r\nFounded in 2010, FocusKPI, Inc.
