If this position sounds like a fit, please submit your resume for an immediate interview. Must train on 1st shift for 6 months: 5am – 3:30pm then move to 2nd shift 4pm-2:30am.\nWe offer:\n$19.50 plus more for experience Plus $2.50 shift differential\nM-F 10-hour days\n10 hours of Overtime available a week\nPay day every Friday\nJob Duties:\n· Operate assigned mechanical equipment\n· Complete first piece inspection as needed\n· Use gaging instruments, and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications\n· Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements\n· Perform troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments as needed\n· Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures\n· Perform other duties as assigned\nBenefits:\n· 11 Paid holidays/ year\n· Quarterly bonus\n· 401(k) plan with generous employer match of 50% of the first 6% of contributions.\n· 75% health care premium paid by employer\n· Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance effective after 30 days\n· Tuition assistance after 1 year of employment\n· Pay day every Friday\nQualifications/Requirements:\n· High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)\n· At least 1 year of forming machine operator experience (preferred)\nIf this position sounds like a fit, please contact me for an immediate interview!
