This role will sit at the center of People Ops, partnering cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Internal Communications, Finance, and Operations to design and execute high-impact programs that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.This is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and is equally comfortable building from scratch and optimizing existing programs.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive end-to-end People programs (e.g., onboarding, performance cycles, engagement initiatives, retention strategies)Build and scale operational processes that improve efficiency across People Ops and cross-functional teamsPartner with HRBPs, TA, and leadership to translate business priorities into structured People programsManage program timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful deliveryIdentify gaps in current processes and implement scalable, data-driven solutionsLeverage data and insights to measure program effectiveness and inform continuous improvementCoordinate across systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, other People tools) to ensure seamless executionCreate clear documentation, playbooks, and communication materials for programs and processesAct as a central point of coordination across People Ops initiatives, ensuring alignment and prioritizationIdentify and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline People Ops workflows (e.g., intake, scheduling, communications, survey analysis)Evaluate and pilot new tools that improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance employee experienceEmbed AI into program design (e.g., automated insights from engagement surveys, performance cycle support, onboarding content)Own and manage People Ops OKR tracking and reporting, ensuring clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes; drive regular updates, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders.Develop and operationalize the L&D roadmap, including planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, capability building) in alignment with strategic business needs.Qualifications3+ years of experience in Program Management, with ideal exposure to People Operations, HRProven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from concept to executionStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience building and improving People processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-makingExperience working with HRIS and recruiting systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focusedPreferred QualificationsExperience in eCommerce, logistics, or high-volume workforce environmentsBackground supporting both HQ and frontline/operations teamsFamiliarity with employee engagement, performance management, and retention programsExperience with change management and large-scale program rolloutsPassion for Thrive Market’s mission and valuesBelong To a Better CompanyComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability)Competitive salary (DOE) + equity401k plan9 Observed HolidaysFlexible Paid Time OffSubsidized ClassPass Membership with access to fitness classes and wellness and beauty experiencesAbility to work in our beautiful office in Playa VistaFree Thrive Market membership with exclusive employee discountCoverage for Life Coaching & Therapy Sessions on our holistic mental health and well-being platformWe're a community of more than 1 Million + members who are united by a singular belief: It should be easy to find better products, support better brands, make better choices, and build a better world in the process.At Thrive Market, we believe in building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic culture.
