Attend regional and agency supervisor meeting or as directed by your supervisor. Attending and actively participating in the planning meeting for the people we support.\nFostering interagency collaboration\nBringing the organizational culture to life\nEnsuring a work environment that is free from harassment and discrimination\nPlaying an active role in the hiring process; interviewing and selecting appropriate staff based on program needs\nMaintaining direct relationship with staff\nBuilding staff morale\nFostering professional development through regular supervision, training, and evaluations.\nSupervising staff to ensure they are meeting the needs of the people we support and agency standards.\nUtilizing participatory management\nFostering the Open-Door Policy\nMaintaining oversight and compliance of systems specific to role and responsibilities\nFostering communication and maintaining professional between relevant supports including those within the program, within the agency, and supports outside the agency\nOverseeing all financial systems, maintaining records for the people we support and program expenditures.\nOperating the program within budgetary guidelines.\nMaintaining a safe environment for staff and the people we support and reporting any hazardous conditions.\nEnsuring the completion and maintenance of all paperwork and written records related to individual treatment. This includes but is not limited to medical records, treatment records, progress reports, data collection, behavior reports, incident reports, billing records, and all written communication systems.\nReporting and monitoring incidents, as well as assist with the investigative process.\nRequired to perform your responsibilities as they currently exist or may change in meeting the needs of the department, under the supervision of your supervisor/manager.\nEducation and Experience:\nBA/BS strongly preferred\nPrior supervisory experience required\nPrior Direct Support Professional experience preferred\nBackground in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred\nAdditional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skills\nWell-developed writing skills\nTakes initiative\nHighly flexible personality type\nValid Driver's License preferred depending on location\nFlexibility to respond to calls and programmatic needs beyond regular work hours\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nAbility to learn/use Workforce Management software to effectively carry out essential business processes\nCompensation\n$66,300/ annually\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or status as a Vietnam or disabled veteran.
