The Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for building the local quality management system, driving in-process quality control, leading customer complaint handling and problem resolution, and managing quality improvement initiatives to ensure that products meet standards specific to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or other precision electrical equipment manufacturing industries.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have experience in factory quality control management, be familiar with BESS, battery modules, inverters, or electrical assembly, and demonstrate strong skills in problem-solving, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n1. Quality System Development & Maintenance\n\nEstablish and maintain a local quality control system in compliance with ISO9001, customer standards, and corporate requirements.\nOrganize and maintain quality procedures, inspection standards, and quality records.\nPrepare for and lead customer and third-party audits, ensuring timely and thorough closure of findings.\n2. Manufacturing Process Quality Control\n\nOversee IQC, IPQC, and FQC activities to ensure process stability and product consistency.\nPromote use of quality control tools such as SPC and CPK to enhance process capabilities.\nMonitor defect rates and quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n3. Customer Quality Interface & Issue Resolution\n\nLead root cause analysis and corrective action responses for customer complaints.\nPrepare 8D reports and lead internal quality review meetings (weekly/monthly).\nSupport quality planning and assurance during new product introduction (NPI), pilot runs, and mass production.\n4.
