Job Description Project Superintendent – Charleston, SC - Heavy Industrial | Hospitality | Multi-FamilyWe are seeking a full-time Project Superintendent in the Charleston, South Carolina area with a minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience . Project Superintendents are responsible for supervising all trade partners and collaborating closely with the project team to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee, manage, and mentor field staff on assigned projectsDevelop and implement site logistics plansCoordinate and schedule all trade partners, ensuring scope complianceCreate and maintain construction schedules, providing solutions for new activities and impactsConduct constructability reviewsManage coordination with authorities having jurisdiction and oversee required special inspectionsEnsure quality control in line with established standardsLead and enforce company safety requirementsQualifications and Experience10+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendentProven experience managing projects valued at $20 million or moreOSHA training requiredAbility to read and interpret technical specifications and architectural drawingsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix)Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening abilitiesDemonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
