Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 (bonus eligible)\r\nQualifications\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\r\nExperience\r\n5+ years of experience in capital project delivery, construction, themed entertainment, or related environments\r\nDemonstrated experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders\r\nExperience in on-site project execution, field engineering, or technical coordination roles\r\nSkills & Capabilities\r\nStrong project coordination and stakeholder management skills\r\nAbility to drive alignment and execution across multiple teams without direct authority\r\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into clear updates for stakeholders\r\nSolid technical foundation with the ability to evaluate field conditions and support engineering-related decisions\r\nWorking knowledge of ride and show systems or comparable complex systems (mechanical, electrical, controls, etc.)\r\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through\r\nProactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced field environment\r\nDesired Characteristics\r\nExperience in themed entertainment, attractions, or large-scale facilities projects\r\nFamiliarity with USH operations and/or live operating environments\r\nExperience working with global or remote teams\r\nStrong balance of technical acumen and project delivery focus\r\nExperience working in a union environment\r\nAdditional Requirements\r\nAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support project schedules and coordination with global teams\r\nWillingness to work a variety of shifts including long term overnight shifts\r\nWillingness to be regularly present on-site to support active project execution\r\nAdditional Information\r\nAs part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
