Role Description We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator for a full-time hybrid role based in Key West, FL, with some remote work flexibility. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, guiding clients through the loan process, and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience from pre-approval to closing. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, managing loan applications, collaborating with underwriters, and maintaining compliance with regulations while meeting customer needs. Qualifications Strong skills and experience in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and LoansExpertise in Underwriting processesWorking knowledge of Finance principles and practicesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detailCurrent licensing as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) or eligibility to obtain oneFamiliarity with compliance requirements and regulatory standardsBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
