placement\r\nTest and troubleshoot networking and low-voltage systems\r\nProvide excellent customer service during installations and follow-up visits\r\nEducate customers on system use and features\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\n1+ year of experience in security camera installation or low-voltage work\r\nFamiliarity with basic networking (IP cameras, routers, NVRs)\r\nProficient in using electronic testing tools and meters\r\nStrong communication and customer service skills\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\r\nClean driving record and reliable transportation\r\nPreferred\r\nExperience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, or similar\r\nBasic knowledge of home automation or alarm systems\r\nHigh school diploma or GED\r\nElectrical skills and schematic reading\r\nMust be willing to work long hours if needed\r\nOccasional overnight travel\r\nMust be capable of lifting 50lbs or more and hard physical work\r\nMust be knowledgeable and experienced in proper use of hand tools\r\nMust have valid drivers' license plus clean driving record and pass pre-employment\r\nscreenings.\r\nDesired Characteristics\r\nCustomer oriented and
